Turnaround for a flat patch is 5 stars. Customer service is Zero stars. Price is 3 stars. I was going to let this go but when I saw my tire had a new cap on it that was not my nice cap that I bought after market and matches all of my tires. It was the straw so here I am. Learn some manners guys. On the phone? Rude as can be. In person? Also rude. They talk to you like a major inconvenience. When I asked what caused the flat he said, I don’t know probably a nail or something and handed my keys. I will gladly pay more and wait longer anywhere else than deal with these goons again. 2 stars is GENEROUS

Went here for tpms replacement and they are probably the best in town. Cheap, fast, communicative and can get you in on short notice. Nice to be able to walk to radio across the street and hangout while you wait! Will definitely be going back for anything my tire s may need in the future.

Stopped by Austin Tire Man after noticing one of my tires slowly losing pressure. The team helped me right away, found the leak, and repaired it properly instead of trying to sell me a new tire. They were quick, honest, and even checked the pressure on my other tires while they had the truck. Fast service and very fair pricing. Great experience. I will definitely come back here again.

I stopped by Austin Tire Man because I was already in the area and remembered seeing it on a different visit when I went to Veracruz Tacos and Radio Coffee Bar. My truck’s tire pressure kept dropping and I suspected the plug I installed myself a few months ago was leaking. I came in hoping they could do a proper vulcanized patch instead of replacing the tire. They helped me immediately. The team inspected the tire, fixed the leak with a proper patch, and also checked and adjusted the pressure in all of my tires according to the factory guidelines on the door sticker of my Toyota Tacoma. The whole process was quick and professional. Other tire shops had told me I would probably need a new tire, but Austin Tire Man repaired it perfectly for just $25. I really appreciate the honest service, the attention to detail, and how fast they got me back on the road. Excellent experience overall. I would absolutely recommend this place and will be coming back here when it is time for new tires. Great work and great people.

They are beyond awesome. Very honest people. I had a tire that 3 other big retailers said with 100% certainty that it is not repairable. I go to Austin tireman to quote a new tire but as soon as I said that I have a tire that's leaking air and before I even get to the part where I was going to ask him to quote me a new tire he simply asked me to park in inspection bay. 10 minutes later the tire was fully repaired. And the cost was dirt cheap compared to what I could've spent today. They are professional, and honest and very friendly.
